too many people over due the supps...Tom Prince only uses a multivitamin and glucosamine...and he's doing pretty well. And i know someone's gunna bring up steroids in refference to Tom Prince, but he did hit 248 naturally, and is now natural again due to liver problems.
Bulking I spend around $40 or so on supps a month and that covers: Vitamins, Whey, Creatine, and Glucosamine
Cutting gets a little higher because i use: Whey, Vitamins, Glucosamine, Casien, Glutamine, and for the final weeks, a fat burner of some kind...but the whole cutting process only lasts 3-4 months...so it's not that bad...but it runs an average of $80/month. Peace

2.5 lb container of muscle milk lasts me 3-4 weeks, I get it for like 50 bucks. Switch to Whey Maxx..got 10 lbs of it for 90$ that will last me 6 weeks.Originally Posted by liftordie
