First let me say I almost choked to death trying to take the 18 or so pills. Even when I broke all of them in half which made it an all day task to swallow the now 36 pieces. Would it be safe or even effective just to take 2 one a day multivitamins?

Animal Pak ain't for everyone, that's for sure. It's really designed for serious lifters, and it was created in 1983 specifically for competitive bodybuilders. If you're looking for a single pill or two per day, you're gonna have to look elsewhere.
That said, Animal Pak has been around for 25 years now, and has won BB.com's "Multi of the Year" three years in a row (and as long as the awards have been around). It's the number #1 best-selling multi and the #4 overall best-selling product.

Thanks for the feedback. I was referring to taking 2 tablets of One a Day wondering if that would be just as effective. I figured that Universal makes pretty good products because I take Real Gains and I definitely satisfied with my gains but it just so hard to swallow those elephant pills.
Univeral Rep...is the company offering any samples of their products at this time?

its 11 pills, not 18, just counted
even if you took them one at a time, how long could that possibly take you? 1 maybe 2mins at most lol
as for why Animal Pak is better than a once, twice, or even three times a day multi..
use common sense man, you think they can fit all that stuff in one or two little pills
NO
so they are most likely lying
Animal Paks contain ALOT of stuff and have ALOT of pills, seems pretty logical to me

just take opti-men or something and you're fine, all the extra crap in animal pak is underdosed and not going to give any benefit anyway
I swear people on this board seem to forget that vitamins and minerals are in food too, if it was so necessary to take animal pak wouldn't every pro be taking it? Don't eat sh*t for food all day and you're fine."Live like a bad son of a bitch and let's play some ball"

Two interesting but true stories... In The Cage, a few years ago... A very high profile IFBB walks by, grabs a full, unopened Animal Pak can, and keeps walking... None of the reps working the booth say a thing.
More recently, a top IFBB pro who is sponsored by another company gets in touch with one of our reps about getting the Animal Pak at a better price for him to use personally cuz it's the product he believes in...New & Improved Universal Rep, For Universal
