yerba mate
The unreal is more powerful than the real, because nothing is as perfect as you can imagine it. because its only intangible ideas, concepts, beliefs, fantasies that last. stone crumbles. wood rots. people, well, they die. but things as fragile as a thought, a dream, a legend, they can go on and on
sciamachy: fighting with a shadow or an imaginary enemy; a mock contest; an imaginary or futile combat.

Just drink any kind of tea. After 40 oz or so, you'll be "satisfied".
I did that when I did IF.KARMA; reps for life:
matthor-derickonfire-ozfiz-xquick-meyer23-AllGenetix, Beast, Scivation, Lando33
girl81-2 D-spot skater-djaeger3-in10city-Emma-Leigh-bballbrett5, jaim91, imfusio
Not on the list? Don't worry! There's still plenty of chances to achieve good karma.

I can't believe no one has mentioned Hoodia tea. It comes from a type of cactus, I believe, and apparently travellers in the desert would eat it to suppress their appetites when no food was around.
It does work, actually!! I've used it.
Green tea works as well but not to the same degree.. but it contains ECGC (I believe?) which is said to be a great fat burner, especially in the abdominal area.
Drinking a lot of fluids in general keeps your stomach feeling fuller.. so if no hot tea is handy, water can be very useful as well - and it's wonderful for your body!!
Hope this helps
