Yep!
I do a chilli with buff/ost/black beans AND burgers with all three!
For the burgers, I just take 1/2 buff and 1/2 ostrich; mash that all together and then add some chopped portabello mushrooms, sauteed onions, and black beans and add that to the mix. This is REALLY good!!!
Chilli - never consistant. I just literally throw things togehter in a big pot and simmer (that is how I usually cook!!!)
Usually, I brown the meats, then add chopped onions, grn peps (if I have them) can of low sodium black beans (drained) 2 cans of low sodium chili ready toms with green chillis, small can tom. paste, low sodium kidney beans, cumin, salt and pepper, a package of low sodium chili powder. Mix, mix, mix, simmer, simmer, simmer

Hi Rae,
Thanks for this list. It's posted on my fridge!
I have few questions about things that are and are not on it tho and I definitely defer to your expertise:
You have mayo, crystal light, balsamic vinegar, & low-sodium teriyaki on the list and this suprised me.
Mayo has tons of fat. Are you talking about LF mayo?
crystal light has dextrose (dextrose for post work-out only?) among a ton of other non-natural ingredients.
Balsamic has sugar.
low-sodium teriyaki sauce has sugar.
Not on the list:
I can't believe it's not butter w/ no trans fats. I know this is a non-natural food but i'm curious as to why you did not add this on your list.
Thanks!

full fat mayo isn't a bad thing, omega versions out there
as for the other condiments you can find zero carb items, low sodium for pretty much everything, they should be used sparingly so it's not a big issue. Same goes for C. Light...MuscleTech Sponsored Athlete
