So, just pretty much wondering, how much often i should lift, if i am trying to get to 170 lbs (lose 30 lbs), in 3 months. I know i can, and I WILL, but i suppose i better add weight training in my cut...Just because i will see better results?

How much should i lift, and when should i lift, when on a 3 month cut?
April 2007 - Age 16 - 261lbs
October 2009 - Age 19 - 180lbs
Now - October 2010 - Age 20 - ~196.6lbs
