    How much should i lift, and when should i lift, when on a 3 month cut?

    So, just pretty much wondering, how much often i should lift, if i am trying to get to 170 lbs (lose 30 lbs), in 3 months. I know i can, and I WILL, but i suppose i better add weight training in my cut...Just because i will see better results?
    April 2007 - Age 16 - 261lbs
    October 2009 - Age 19 - 180lbs
    Now - October 2010 - Age 20 - ~196.6lbs

    I personally do 4 day splits
    Chest/Triceps
    Back/Biceps/Forearms
    Legs
    Shoulders/Traps/Abs

    alternate your routine ever once in a while...don't always just do 10-12 reps of every exercise...good luck

    Splits are ridiculous and outdated, in my opinion and I have no research on it.

    I do what Layne Norton does and it works for me.

    I do overall body workouts... or whatever I feel like really. I don't double up the same thing in a week and really shake it up. It's whatever works for YOU. Just learn how to do the exercise correctly.
