I don't know what the bones in the lower abs are called so i call them v-bones. but i was wondering what is the best workouts to get your "v-bones" alot more defined. Thanks

firstly those 'V-bones' are your hips - or pelvis to be more precise
secondly if they 'were' bones what made you think you could exercise them like a muscle?
thirdly it's a ligament as the previous poster advised -
It's known as the adonis belt which is actually the iliac furrow which runs from the iliac crest to the pubis which is a ligament not your obliques.Perfection in mind, perfect body!
