First PH use ever...please help

I've just started using prohormones for the first time and am taking 750 mg of oral 4-AD daily. I will be doing this for 4 weeks. When should I start to see gains...I currently weigh 190 pounds at 6'2.

Everyone is a little different, but you should start to see gains within 2-3 weeks on that particular compound.

Hmm do you think that I should extend my use to 6 weeks then? It is my first ever PH use...or do you think it would be way more effective to stack it with 1-AD?

Im taking a even milder PH then that, and saw huge strength / libido gains in the first week.

I would say to stick with the 4-AD solo because you dont want to add compounds into your first PH cycle. You want this one to go as smooth as possible. You can extend it to 6 weeks if you'd like. Just keep in mind that not everyone responds to a compound in the same way. Gains could be seen at a much earlier time.

.... exactly... what PH? 4-AD is not methylated and can take up to 2-3 weeks for some users to experience the full effects of the compound.

Plus, you shouldnt even be touching PH's in the first place. There's no need for it except for one to prove their idiocy.

So it's possible that I don't experience those effects until the 2nd or third week? If it takes so long to kick in (possibly), do you think I should extend it to 6 weeks or knowing that this is my first use would I be better off keeping it at 4? Thanks again for the help!

Going by this info alone. I would say that you should stick to 4 weeks (5 max). But I would'nt try and push it past that. When you start to see/feel the effects of the PH kick in, there is usually an increase in those mentioned sides. While I say this, everyone is a little different and may not expeience any of these sides. Just listen to your body and things will go as planned.

Actually now that I think of it...when you say that I will start to feel the sides after 2-3 weeks...does that mean that's when it really starts kicking in and taking effect in my body? Also...is that when I will start making muscle mass gains or should that occur right away? I realize you said 2-3 weeks, I'm just not sure if you meant that's just when I start to notice side effects like libido increase and stuff.

Definitely 4-Androsterone, Methyl 1-D is weaker, then even BOLD and 11oxo

I dont think theres a safer one, but either way for me its not exactly safe. But i know what im doing and doing it right, so its my decision.
