I go through a tub of cytogainer every 2 months or so, and its $65... so around 30-35 a month? But I usually buy 2 tubs at a time so I don't think of it as a monthly cost :P.

6 lbs of protein costs $95 AUS, NO-xplode sets u back about $90. Times when ive used hydroxy or something that sets u back about 70$. australia sucks for buying this stuff. its depressing.

A month's supply of protein powder is probably about $75-100. Yes as Brunswick said **** is very expensive in Australia. $75 is actually a good price for a 5lb tub of On's 100% Whey over here which is what i use.

I spend like $8 on fish oil and 3$ on a multi, but those last a good 1.5-2 months. I spend 30$ on protein powder, but it lasts forever since I only use it 3 times a week, I'd guess it lasts 3+ months

Well, excluding health products (I don't consider things like basic multivitamins, joint support, or EFA's supplements. Since it's really an adaption of todays modern foods since they're **** almost no matter how hard you try) on supplements all I buy is protein powder and MAYBE creatine or some ephrdine/caffine in times of cut). So like $20 a month (inconsistantly)
