    Which Creatine

Have been using creatine for numerous years now. Have tried only monohydrate and CEE. I am wondering if there is anything better out there. Has anyone had any experience with the following, used alone or with another:

    Creatine Ethyl Ester
    Creatine Ethyl Ester Malate
    Tri Creatine Malate
    Tri Creatine Orotate

Or is plain 'ol micronised or mono still superior?

because more ppl have finally realized sometimes you have to try certain supplements for yourself instead of listening to other ppl all the time and they've found out CEE does work. for some it works faster than mono.

I have said this in other posts. The most advanced and effective creatine in the world is NANO Creatine from Australia.

there are pros and cons of each and each person reacts a little differntly. recent studies showed cee and kre-alk to be no more effective or well absorbed than mono.

personally, I love Tri-Creatine Orotate, what is found in man orotine and clout. i respond well to it and find the products to be effective and clout is extremely well formulated

Consider Storm it has multiple sources of creatine and for the price/servings it's the best value in non-bulk creatine, taste great and works great.
