Awesome... lol...
I concur!!
I'm ready... good afternoon everyone... I myself woke up and came straight to work... however I'm hitting the gym right after work for an Arms Workout and Cardio HIIT/20mins... after that I plan to go home and crash... just to get ready for tomorrow... been doing my research on supplements today... before the 12 weeks...
Thinking about getting some Fahrenheit; Biotest Se7en, any input for that? Also in regards to protien shakes should I get me some ISO PURE... or should I just go with Whey?... Anybody else using supplements???
Thanks to everyone for all the support!myspace.com/fitnessguide4all

Uhhh Supplements, Diet-Training..... is that better?
I'm with you on this one... I haven't used much either.... I did take T3 and Muscle Milk- protein shake and its pretty good. The T3 I feel like it didn't do anything but cost me money!!! I don't know.. I guess thats why I'm trying to find out what might work for ME....myspace.com/fitnessguide4all

Uh no...Im talking about getting your diet and training in order before you even think of supplements (other than maybe a protein powder, multi vitamin and fish oil) Loading yourself up with fat burners and such is going to be a big waste of money if you dont have diet and training in check. Also, when you say T3 you are not talking about thyroid hormones are you? You can seriously harm yourself if you do not know what you are doing with such compounds.
Listen everyone, I am going to lay this all out for you. At this stage in the game you should be spending your money on good quality food. Until you nail your diet and training down 110% you will see no benefit from spending your money on fat burners. Yes there are some that can help to a certain degree, but these are best left until you have gone as far as you possibly can and feel you need a little extra something. You are not at this stage yet IMO. Furthermore, if you have been using T3/Cytomel and can speak so casually about it, you are obviously not educated enough about supplements to begin purchasing. You need to research everything and anything about any given supplement you are going to choose to put into your body. There are compounds out there that can hurt you if misused. There are others that are simply a waste of hard earned money. Baby steps here. Work with your diet. Work with your training. Educated yourself about supplements and then integrate them on an as needed basis.Last edited by anth28; 04-02-2008 at 03:48 PM.

Thanks for the constructive criticism?.. Ill just keep on my diet and training!!!
I think I understand what your saying...
Also I am taking T3, the thyroid hormone... for me it is EXTREMELY hard to lose weight, (even with good diet/exercise) I know that when your thyroid gland isn't working correctly/sluggish it slows down your metabolism and its harder for you to lose weight… in fact if I look at food I gain.. I can gain about 8lbs in a week if I don’t watch what I eat… yet to lose weight I have to be extreme... therefore I bought the T3 ... Please tell me what I’m doing wrong… or saying?Last edited by Marielil001; 04-02-2008 at 04:30 PM. Reason: Adding

Advice well taken, the only reason I was even considering Cytolean was because I have a good friend that was in the bb.com transformation and she said that it worked really well for her. I am close to getting the diet to where I want to be but not quite, just a little tweaking but I am getting professional help with that. Soon I will be rocking and rolling with my diet

Well although we have said this is a contest, there is no prize set aside so in reality, we all win in the long run with lower weight and fat and stronger bodies. It was meant to keep us in check and keep up the great work however, if we all want to get a more serious contest with some sort of prize I am up for that too.

Sounds good. I just want to be sure everyone realizes where the real results come from: diet and training. I was also a bit concerned over the use of T3. This can really screw a person up or cause serious injury if use improperly. IMO it should be left alone. I have used and use a variety of supplements from time to time, but I have taken the time to learn more about myself, my diet and my training. Not to mention, I never expect miracle results from any supplement I choose to use. 95% of the time I stick to the basics...
