    Started rippetoe? not tired after workout

    Well i switched over from a different workout and now i am on rippetoe and i find myself completing the 3 exersizes easy even with the maximum amount of weight i can do.

    ok.

    Check back in after a couple of months of adding weight to the bar at every workout, and tell us then if it's still too easy.

    You havn't read the sticky/book.

    There is a sentence specifically targeted to people like you.

    It ends: Don't worry, it WILL catch up with you.

    Keep it up and keep adding weight at the suggested intervals for as long as you see gains. Squatting 3x5 with as much weight as you can handle three times a week isn't exactly fluff.

    Shortly you can add the accessory dips and chinups, probably.
