Not when he is pitching 7 innings and only allowing 5 hits/8 strike outs. ERA of mid 1's. He is pitching good. Only thing I'm worried with is Uggla's troubles defensively right now. His bat is slowly improving so that helps to offset it some.

And did anyone notice BJ having 3 walks last night. Still struck out twice (BJ gonna BJ regardless) but his patience at the plate is improving.

I like what im seeing from BJ honestly. He isnt awesome or anything but he is definitely improving. Idk what Chipper said to him but its working. Uggla is starting to make me mad with his fielding. **** is costing us big.

His defense has also been skeptical. If Uggla hits 20+ HRs with above a 220 average ill be content. More worried about Heyward tbh. Ever since he got called up I felt his swing was doomed.

Agreed. Ugglas offense can make up for his ****ty play lately. I will give it to the guy, he does hustle and I admire that but he has cost us big lately.

Heyward needs to not be hitting in the 1 hole.

Braves already have a better option in the minors with Tommy LaStella and he could possibly bat leadoff, he's compared to Matt Carpenter of the Cardinals.

Unfortunately Frediot will continue to bat Heyward leadoff until he gets hurt again (which should be soon).

Watched LaStella play last year I believe. Solid. Only problem is he is a infielder. We could even get Constanza back from the minors for Heyward.

I'm talking about replacing Uggla with LaStella if the need comes.

I'd just use Jordan before calling up Constanza, the only way Heyward gets sat is if he gets hurt.

Went to the game today, section 117, right behind the Braves dugout. Good duel, Harang great once again. Place went nuts when Gattis came to the on deck circle. Awesome turnout for a Turner field day game, biggest I've seen in years.

Even Freeman has jumped on board to try to swing for the fences in every AB. Fukc Walker and his philosophy, good pitching will always dominate a homerun eager team. Goddamn they are pitiful.
