not sure if this is where i should put it but here is my progress thread...
i started keto at the end of my bulk on march 1 and these pictures are from the 27th
ive gone from 175 down to 166 in this time frame with almost all of my lifts going up significanly actually
so any criticisms or bf estimates are welcome
btw the first picture of the sequence is the end of my bulk and the second is now
