Arrow Dropping Below 10% Body Fat?

Could anyone give me advice for knocking off that extra couple of percent of body fat? And of course I have the standard "don't want to lose any muscle" desire too.

I've dropped a bunch of weight lately by cutting my calories to around 1800-1900, alternating high carb (~175g) with low carb (~50g) days and getting about 20-30% of my calories from fat. Have been doing 8 minutes of running 5 days a week after lifting (7:00-7:30 mile pace) which should be burning something on the order of 150 calories.

I started to stop noticing the fat falling off and the lack of energy was killing me so I've bumped up my calories to around 2300 the past couple of weeks. I always hear about the whole "starvation mode" thing so I thought I'd try upping my calories (as counter intuitive as that is).

My question, does anyone know through personal experience what's the best way to knock through this wall I've perceived (or at least what worked for you)? Going back down to quite a bit below maintenance, keeping up with some sort of carb cycling, and just having more patience? Should I go really low carb? Increase cardio?

I'm also curious on any thoughts in terms of planning of meals around workouts in the interests of maximum cutting. I workout first thing in the morning at 5:30 so do have a limited amount of flexibility here (I have been eating nothing before workout and quite a few calories right after: oatmeal, whey, & 10 egg whites).

    Thanks for any advice.

What BF are you at right now?

I just finished my first cut, going from around 205 and 14-16% to 175 and 8%. I can't really tell what works for you, but personally I wouldn't drop calories too far below maintenance, especially if you're an ecto/ecto-meso like me. I don't think I ever consumed less than 180G of carbs a day on my cut, and I still dropped weight fairly easier.

Keeping carbs at a moderate level (not too low but not too high) worked well for me. I would also suggest the addition of a fat-burner like 6-oxo. The addition of 6-oxo to my supplementation helped me take off those last few percentage points relatively easier (and I still cheated every 3 or 4 days).

Dnt drop ur cals to low spesh if you train hard.. id be up at around 2,300 - 2,500.. time all ur carbs surrounding ur workouts...
And just keep at it.. should take about 3-4 weeks to get from 10% to 6-7% if u dnt cheat to bad.. work ur cheaTS in with ur cals if u do..
