I am 5'7" and currently 135lbs. I am bulking right now, but was wondering how long do you think I need to bulk or what weight average I need to get to, to then be able to cut down to a look like this? I want this look as the initial part of my workout goals, but eventually become quite jacked up in size, as natural as I can.
Also what bf% do you think he's at, so I know where I am to eventually get to. Thanks for any assistance with this.

He looks like he's about 10%BF. And it is a realistic goal. I would say he's about 160 (He's probably 5'5)

Omarion is small bro.
Like 140ibs. 10%bf or so.
Hes just cut.
If you tried to get that look at your height you would be much bigger than him. At 5'7 try to bulk up to 170-175 and steady drop your weight to about 165ibs. Probably take you 8-10 months of a good diet and hard training to attain that look. You are already pretty lean.

Didn't you in another thread already state that you want to bulk to 190ibs?
This thread is dead in that case you already know your goals...and Omarion is no where near 190.

Yeah I do want to get to 190, but that's a long term goal and based on the statement in the other thread, it may not be a realistic goal for me. Although Omarion's physique is the one I am going for, when I reach the 165lb mark and cut till I am 150. Then I'd do a slow bulk to 190 (if allowed) and if not, then 165, solid.Originally Posted by utopia
