I recently found an old porcelain baking dish in the cabinet and decided to cook my chicken in it because I didn't want to light up the grill. Well, one month later and I won't part with it. No burning and no oil required, just coat the bottom with some breadcrumbs and whammo, instant delicious meats. Fish, chicken, chops, whatever you desire. For those of us on a cut, it's the perfect solution.
