    I have Osgood-Schlatters Disease

    My knee's have been hurting for quite a while, even while I squat, or deadlift, so I made a trip to the doctors... turns out I had Osgood-Schlatters Disease... he told me not to compete in any extra curricular activites, or even put pressure on them because it'll only worsen them?

    anyone else have this?

    yeh i had it when i was about 10, i was told i could stop and not get knobbly knees, or carry on threw the pain and possibly get knobbly knees.

    my knees are fine IMO.... i remeber collapsing after my legs buckled (serious)

    was really painful at one stage, mine went after about 2months anyways

    yep, still have it a little, got some big ass bone lumps below my knees, they hurt quite often

    ive always had a lump under my knee but just not too long ago i aggravated it and now it hurts like crazy when i do a lot with it. like i can squat heavy just fine when it feels good, but if i tried to sprint when it felt good, it hurts like a mother ****er.


    right now i bought a knee brace, and im stretching it constantly and icing it and putting some Icy Hot and it gets me through alright



    but when football starts.. idk if thatll be enough

    dude if u have a lump go get it checked, mine turned out to be a disease...

    I have had it on and off for about a year. I just play threw it. You can get some bands to put where your knees are hurting. It really helps the pain, but i just play through it.

    ah my mistake, well the doc told me, plenty of rest, and ice it... and dude don't put pressure on it cause it'll get worse, and if it reaches that point, plenty of operations in your future.
