Hey all, I've heard from some that Squats are best for adding size but if you want definition you need to do Leg Extensions. Is this correct? Does anyone have any input for someone trying to achieve some definition on their legs? Thanks in advance.

Definition is really only going to come with the loss of bodyfat. Do all your leg exercises, build some size and stregth, then cut up, and you'll have defined muscular legs.
I know it sounds weird but shaving your body hair and injecting testicle shrinking substances into your butt actually makes you less of a man.

To hit different areas of the leg muscles, adjust the angle of your feet.
For example, while toes pointed in while doing leg extensions will hit the outer sweep of your quad, and vice versa.
Toes pointed in while doing leg curls will hit the inside of your hams.
