    Looking for a good pre-workout and fat burning supplement

    Firstly, I'm not even sure I need a fat burning supplement since i'm trying to build muscle. However, if there's any that assists with muscle growth, please reccomend!

    Also, I need a good pre work supplement since after a day at work, i feel exhauasted and I need something to spike my energy. My friend is reccommending naNO vapour? how good is that?

    naNO Vapor isn't a fat burner, it's a preworkout Nitric Oxide booster.

    Fat burners are useful while bulking because it can help minimize the fat you put on while you eat tons of food to gain muscle.

    I'd recommend MAN Scorch - it's my favorite - it's cheap, effective, and backed by a reputable company that has helpful reps on this board. Even better would be if you took MAN Scorch and DS Lean Xtreme 2.0 at the same time - that would help minimize fat storage most effectively, and give you solid energy to boot. Look into it!

    vapor is ok. super pump and white flood are excellent. what they'll give you is a good kick in th ass and a pump.

    If youre after energy and focus, Velocity XT is fantastic for this and it also has fat burning effects but wont stop muscle gain if on a bulk.

    It's not out yet but it sounds like CryoShock would be perfect for you. Give it a look when you can.

    Sorry.. didn't see you wanted a suggestion for a Pre-WO too.

    As for a pre-workout, White Flood all the way home, bro. It's great - gives me insane pumps, and is extremely cost effective - a large size tub will last you a couple months at 1 scoop, and 1 scoop is potent, man. I'm a stim freak and I still can only handle a scoop to a scoop and a half. Check it out.

    Also, I'd like to get a reccomendation for a good fat burner that won't affect my muscle gains to much, if at all.

    So reccomend away!
