Anyone else a quinoa addict? I have eaten quinoa at least 5 times a week for the last year and I love the energy it gives me.

If I could pick only one source of carbohydrate.........it would be quinoa. I love the taste, the texture, the way it changes shape when you cook it, the way it looks like little suns.

Yeah a big fan. Think I may have found a place to buy it in bulk at last. Damn expensive in Oz when you buy it in 300-500gram packets ( only local option ). Love the ease of cooking and that is can so easily be added to meals.
What type do like the best? I have tried 'normal' and a red quinoa. Slightly different profiles and taste.

Yup, love the stuff. I buy organic quinoa at 2.39/lb. Can't beat it... I make up a pot, nuke some PB, drizzle it on and pour maple syrup on it. Delicious.

I too am a quinoa addict! I love it! It is one of the most healthy things I can think of too eat.
I mainly just eat it with vegies and tuna, but its great with goats cheese, dried fruit, anything really
