What is considered a strong person? a big guy? ripped guy? or wat
i mean obv powerlifters etc are strong, but wat do u have to acomplish to be considered strong?
These are some of my lifts:
1RM
Bench:264lb/120kg
Bicep BD Curl: 145lb/66kg
Dead Lift: 330lb/150kg
Squat: 220lb/100kg
Lying Tricep Extention: 127lb/58kg
Im 6ft/183cm and 80kg 176lb. Am I strong?... (no e-thug,e-stats,e-brag, etc)

bench is the easiest to get up, work the legs if u wana get strong.
On the road to 165lbs 8%bf....
