    What is Strenght? Am I considered strong? (Lifts inside)

    What is considered a strong person? a big guy? ripped guy? or wat

    i mean obv powerlifters etc are strong, but wat do u have to acomplish to be considered strong?

    These are some of my lifts:
    1RM
    Bench:264lb/120kg
    Bicep BD Curl: 145lb/66kg
    Dead Lift: 330lb/150kg
    Squat: 220lb/100kg
    Lying Tricep Extention: 127lb/58kg


    Im 6ft/183cm and 80kg 176lb. Am I strong?... (no e-thug,e-stats,e-brag, etc)

    I think most people consider people who have big lifts in Squat, Deadlift,Bench, clean and jerk or powerclean to be strong. Curls aren't usually a test of strength or tricep extensions.

    These are what most people here would judge your strength by, your bench is disproportionately high compared to deadlift and especially squat.

    You're strong, but need to work on legs.
