    Best time to Take Muscle Milk

    I just started taking Muscle milk and would like to know when most of you take it.
    I am not a Dr, any opinion that I have is based on my own experience.

    Like the guy above said, those two times are great.

    It's also not bad pre-workout if mixed in water. It's light, doesn't sit in your stomach like alot of powders, and gives a decent amount of energy.

    I use it for breakfast and right before bed. MM light is a great powder too if you're watching your calories.

    When on my bulk, I would mix two scoops of Muscle Milk into my oatmeal every morking-

    This was back when they only had Chocolate and Vanilla. Vanilla oatmeal was nasty, so it was chocolate all the way.

    Cookies and Cream is delicious. Mix it with milk and it tastes like a milk shake. I drink it as a snack, to hell with it being a sup.
