Squatting Pain PLZ HELP - *reps*

iv been doing riptoes and have had nothing but awsome gains to this point. my strength is still rapidly increasing however something happened in my upper back between my shoulder blades yesterday. i was doing 205-5,with about 7/10 effort, so it wasnt like i gave it all i had, but it was pretty tuff.... on my last set it felt like my spine inbetween my shoulder blades was being pinched and it was very uncomfortable. the rest of my workout my upper back between my shoulder blades felt really tight and as if it needed to be cracked but couldnt. when i woke up this morning my whole upper back was soooo tight and it hurt to tilt my head down, as the day is going on the pain is slowly leaving.... what do you guys think i did wrong?

i cant post a video but i can explain how im doing it

1)puff out chest and bring shoulders back and squeeze together so my traps are flexed.
    2) put bar on upper traps while staying tight and grabbing as close to my ears as i can
    3) inhale and derack bar, step forward and get into position
    4) i go as deep as i can keeping my lower back tight, body upright, and knees in line with my toes.
5)exhale and push hard up with my heels while keeping everything tight.

any opinions on how i got this pinching feeling in my upper back between my shoulder blades?

i thought maybe because im only 150 pounds with 205 for reps on my back and my spine is being compresseed way too much?

It sounds like you have a pinched nerve in your neck, if that's the case, DO NOT do any weight lifting activity until it goes away. It usually takes 3 or 4 days for the pain to go away.
