I tried Keto for a while last spring and for the most part I loved it. I got into ketosis quickly, saw results, and for the most part it was a diet that I felt I could maintain over a long time - eating was actually enjoyable again unlike with the traditional cutting diet. So anyways the reason I quit keto (and not meaning to be crude here) is that it just clogged my system up pretty bad, it was straight up painful. How do you address this issue? Adjust the diet? Supplement with fiber? If you do go the fiber route what should I look for, what are some good products? I never bought this sort of thing before so I dont know what to look for. Id like to start keto again this week as I always fail using the traditional lowfat diet due to those foods being too bland and boring.
