I started the Keto in earnest about 12 days ago. Didnt feel any side effects such as dizzyness, lightheaded until about day 11 or so. I felt like absolute junk on Friday (lightheaded, headache, didnt feel like eating much) It coincided with my weekend carb-up so i was feeling better on Saturday after eating pizza and cereal and such. Now, I am having the ill feelings again. I have been eating a good amount (6 eggs, a couple of tablespoons ranch and mayo, celery, cheese. ) What am i not doing properly here? previously, eating my next meal would cure any effects i was experiencing, but not even a nice fat full meal is helping right now. Am i just transitioning? At this point i dont know how i am going to muster any energy in the gym tomorrow morning. Thanks for any input.
By the way i am trying to clean bulk with Keto. I am 5'8 150 after losing a few pounds over the course of the two weeks.

if you are tracking your macros and are maintaining a ratio range of around 65%-70% fat with the rest in protein and trace amount of carbs then i dont think it could be the diet.
one thing it may be is not drinking enough water. i know whenever i feel dehydrated on this diet i get a little light headed but has not happened since (im at 1.5-2.5gals a day) and this diet does tend to make me a lot more thirsty. \
if you dont take a multi vitamin then definitely start. this may also help your situation.
also keep rough sex to a minimum. i know when she has my head banging against the wall it tends to make for an ugly morning lol.
