    Female Creatine products

A question for the ladies who currently use creatine:

Do you use a creatine product specifically made for women such as:
    http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/mm/antioxf.html
    http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/mm/endurusf.html
    http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/mm/femme.html
    http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/mm/thermof.html

if you personally have tried any of the above products, which one did you try, and how effective did you find it to be?

    Liquid creatine is a scam.

And I have never seen so many underdosed, overpriced products in my life.

Seriously stay away from the liquid creatine products they are junk.

An appropriate dose would be ~5g of mono, or 3-5g of designer creatine.

Best bet is to just use mono unless you are a non responder then try the various salts, kre-alk, cee.

Plain mono, really any brand will do, the one I'm currently using linked below. It's dirt cheap too $20 for 200 servings.

As far as other forms Clout is a great product if you don't care too much about taste. It is a bit pricey but you really only need one dose per day.

Several folks on here love Controlled Lab's Green Mag. Do any of the females here have experience with it?

My trainer was adamant that I did not take Creatine Monhydrate, but wouldn't say why. I believe they take Metabolic Nutrition's CGP (not 100% certain).

I'm interested in taking a creatine product, but when I mention it, my trainer just skirts the issue and I'm left right where I started; what to take and how much?
What do you mean I can't eat that? Why isn't it on my meal plan?

That is one of the dumbest things I've heard in a long time, mono is the most researched form of creatine. 5g of mono pre or post workout is the correct amount, don't bother with loading its a waste, and make sure and increase your water a bit while using it.

Any of the products in the links boyscout posted are good, nice find on the sd creatine I'll have to get that next time .

Creatine is part of your diet if you eat red meat (game is the highest) and fish. I've never heard something so silly from a PT - honestly

A creatine supplement is just adding to your natural intake and/or replacing it if your diet doesn't include these in sufficient quantities.

It's like saying that whey is dangerous because it's a cheese mnf by-product. Tell Little Miss Muffet

My balls don't get that sweaty to air out, and I don't pull my dick through it to piss or anything else, so is there a legit reason for this?"
