I have a blender at home that I've always been wanting to try and there's a farmer's market in my town every Sunday. I bet I could make some great smoothies!

I've been doing it almost everyday for the last couple months and it's drastically improved my overall health, well-being, mental clarity, and happiness in general.
My recipe is kale or spinach, 1 lemon w/ the peel, 2-3 whole carrots, half a cucumber, a clove of garlic, a bit of ginger, a whole avocado and then i'll throw in turmeric, apple cider vinegar, and some olive oil.
That'll give you two full cups so I put one in the fridge so I only have to make one every other day

I'm not really sure how soon i'd say maybe i'd gradually feel healthier until after 2-3 weeks you plateau. I noticed my skin looks way better and I don't get much acne at all anymore even though I stopped using any products. I also used to have pretty bad brain fog and that went away mostly.
Just be ready to take giant chits 20 minutes after you drink it bc of all the fiber and it's bad when you first start until your body gets used to it. Now when I don't drink one for a few days I feel constipated and my digestive system feels bad.
Also it helps with appetite and i've been able to stay around 10% bf with eating as much as I want. My muscles also feel harder and i'm not bloated at all anymore.
edit: I also started meditating and stopped watching porn too though so I can't attribute it solely to the shake
