when and how is best to take creatine

Ok, I have been searching all over for a more defined answer to my question. I am not seeing it.

I am wanting to start using creatine. But before I start I am trying to make sure I understand the right kind and the right way of taking it.

I understand that you should take it with juice before the workout. This works well for me as I workout at 5:00 am. Ok, but some say all juices and I have read some that say leave the cirus (oj) alone. I would really like to understand what kind of juice would be the best all the way around. I am also under the idea that, water would not be the way to go to mix the creatine to get full effects.

Ok, also...... I am gettingit that you should take it 5 or 6 times in the first week for the loading fase. Should I take it with my meal, or 30 min. before my meal. And should I still mix it with the juice.

Maybe to better help with the answer to my question I should tell you that I plan to use the AST Micronized Creatine. After I finish a tub of this I was going to switch to the AST Micronized creatine HSC version. I am also a female, 32 years old and weigh about 153 with around a 19% bf. (Ineed to get that checked again)

creatine is best taken with grape juice or apple juice:

"Grape juice is ideal. The high GI juice will cause an insulin spike. Insulin is a primary storage hormone, which will help to store creatine in your muscles. You want the mixture of juice and creatine to mix well( no clumping on the bottom!)"

also loading is 20 g per day.

pm me if you need more info.
