when i have a choice, latest i workout is about 2-3pm. i aim to wake up, eat a meal, maybe 2 good meals before i lift weights

I stay flexible mostly, I dont care as long as I have enough time for 2 meals before and after the workout. On college nights it's normally around 6 to 7pm.
I'm out to prove that vegetarians can be body builders too.
I'm also a loser and would appreciate positive reputation for being so nice and stuff.

I have classes during the day, and I ususally come home, do my homework, while eating, let my meal settle, eat dinner, let that settle, watch some tv or work on my novel *yes, I am writing a novel, who isent these days* then I change into looser fitting clothing, and begin stretching and warming up, then workout usually at night.

physiologically... the best time would be in the evening between about 5-7 depending on your circadian rhythm. between about 1-4 there is a fairly large dip which = less energy, followed by the largest spike in the evening. theoretically this would be the optimal time, but if u take a product that has a stimulant in it then the time of day really doesnt matter.
