    What time of day/night do you lift weights?

    I usually do it about an hour after school is out. How about you guys?

    I usually do mine before i go to bed, around 9-11pm, some people say the adreneline makes it harder to sleep if you workout before bed, personally after working out before bed i sleep like a log.

    I do it around 2-3 hours after school, I need some time to go home and rest a bit and eat something - school takes it right outt'a me.

    So I usually go around 6 or 7 pm? and I sleep around 12.

    I stay flexible mostly, I dont care as long as I have enough time for 2 meals before and after the workout. On college nights it's normally around 6 to 7pm.
    I'm out to prove that vegetarians can be body builders too.
    I'm also a loser and would appreciate positive reputation for being so nice and stuff.

    I have classes during the day, and I ususally come home, do my homework, while eating, let my meal settle, eat dinner, let that settle, watch some tv or work on my novel *yes, I am writing a novel, who isent these days* then I change into looser fitting clothing, and begin stretching and warming up, then workout usually at night.

    Ideally 1pm, I usually wind up going after BJJ at around 9pm and I sleep at around 1-2am. I would be scared to pull something if I lifted first and then went to BJJ. The only thing that sucks is that when I go at 9pm, my pre-workout supps keep me up for a few extra hours.

    on certain days i go to the gym around 11:30am during my school lunch. but i kinda stopped doing that because that gives me no time to eat and im usualy late for school and telling the teacher you were working out doesnt really cut it.

    In summer I train according to the temperature, cold days between 2 and 4 and on hot days around 8pm because I don't have an airconditioner in my gym.
    In winter I usually train at 11am or 8pm depending on school, sport and work

    Work out with cardio mainly at night can't get up @ 6 in the morn cuz it would kill me....with weights mainly in the afternoon from 1-3pm...forsome reason have a lot more energy in the afternoon

    physiologically... the best time would be in the evening between about 5-7 depending on your circadian rhythm. between about 1-4 there is a fairly large dip which = less energy, followed by the largest spike in the evening. theoretically this would be the optimal time, but if u take a product that has a stimulant in it then the time of day really doesnt matter.
