True, but he had high hopes. He said how it would be between him and ken, and at the end he didn't even make the top 3. That's kind of sad

Ken Waller had an incredibly well proportioned physique at that time.....he was the epitome of what balance was all about back then......
Mike is a great person, and is still very active in my area in local contests...a wonderful man....but he was not better than Ken that day......

mike was much bigger than ken ,but in those days , it was the symmetry that mattered the most so may be thats why ken walked away with the 1st place.
