I'm getting ready to begin training to gain lean muscle mass and hopefully cut some too and I'm at college living in a dorm with only a microwave so my choices are pretty limited. Anyone have some ideas as to the best things for me to eat and when to eat them to get everything I need? I'm planning on hopefully eating around 6 meals a day and I'm taking ON 100% Whey Protein and Animal Pak as well so hopefully that will help. Thanks!

You should check out those instant egg cups at the store. I forget how much they make, I think around 6 eggs. I use real eggs because I have a stove. Anyways throw one of those in the microwave in the morn. They are a bit pricey though.
Also you should get some oatmeal!! Oatmeal is never too hard to make.
Yogurt cups are good for you too! Eat turkey, turkey sandwiches are good. A good source of protein. Cottage cheese also has lots of protein. For another snack aside from the yogurt, check out beef jerky. Just don't go crazy on it. Now the only thing is a microwaveable steak? Hehe. Sorry. Check out some healthy choice dinners. Those are decent. Cereal, like Kashe go lean I don't know how you spell it.

You might already know this but when you are taking your protein add oats in them (if you have a blender) if you don't have access to one just eat em whole (it wont taste the best but it's worth it) The oat shakes are a great meal supplement and very calorie dense. If i think or see anything else relating i will let ya know.

I had to survive in the dorms for two years leaving most of my food in the neighbor's mini fridge because I didn't have one.
I kept peanut butter around a lot, various fruits, I kept a can of tuna and a can opener handy all of the time and bought a big bag of disposable bowls and spoons. A jar of almonds or mixed nuts is easy to keep around, so is oatmeal (mentioned above), cereal, and my personal favorite for bulking, gallons of milk. If your fridge is large enough to hold milk, go get a gallon and start drinking it.In the making. Light-years away, but loving the trip there.

First of all, buy things in bulk, you will save TONS! I bought mostly ALL of the following things at Costco for about $250 combined. You wouldn't even need to buy this much, but buying in bulk will save a lot of $
Foods to be refrigerated:
Milk, yogurt, cheese, lean meats, liquid/whole eggs, certain veggies/fruits
Know this: in a dorm, while not ideal the can is your friend. Buy canned food, it lasts forever and you can get everything in cans
Foods that don't need to be refrigerated:
Oats, Nuts, Dried Fruit, Whole grain breads/cereals, Bananas and other fruits/veggies, Peanut Butter, Canned Meats, Canned Fruits/Veggies, Canned Beans/Chili/Soup, Protein bars/powders, olive/flax/peanut/fish/etc oils.
