Alrighty, kinda new around these parts, and it was suggested to me that I should start up a journal so thats what I am doing!!!
A little bit about me... I got into working out a couple of years ago but back then I was a little cardio queen, then last spring I decided I needed to have a little more pride in my lifting so I started to hit it harder, yet was still doing cardio 5 times a week (usually spin classes) and NOT eating enough at all. Well after going to a friend of mines competition last July, I was hooked! So after moving from TX to MI in September I started really busting my @$$, started up a clean bulk and cut out the cardio and thats where I have been since! BUt now that I finally have my show date picked out, which is June 2, its time to get the ball rolling!!!! My current stats are: age 24, weight 149, height 5'5"
So hello everyone, and I look forwared to catching up on everyones log as well!!! ANd since I have yet to make it to the gym today I will start with posting up yesterdays food and workout then post up tody when I get home later!

Hey, I know you...
I saw the drama with some people on the other board. Yikes. I had good intentions, but it got a little crazy with work and training and a side gig. I miss you and your roomie...I should go back to say hello to her.
Are you going to keep a log here and there?Currently fluctuating in beautiful pulses

I was reading your w/o routine, and thought, Geesh!...What power!
I am anxious to join along with you and your journey to the stage.

THank you sooooooooo much!!! I am hoping alot of that muscle sticks with me too on my cut... its my first time cutting or doing a show, so it'll all be an experience, much like my clean bulk was"The road to success is not straight.
