just some pics on my bulking progress gained 4.5kg in 3 weeks, cant see any visable fat gain. goal is to reach 100kg.

thanks bro, i'll be happy with the progress when i reach my goal. but so far its looking alright, i see improvements in the upper chest, triceps and shoulders which are my weak points

You've got some quality size there, man, without too much fat around the mid-section. Arms look huge. Chest needs size and toning, which you probably already know. Good job on the bulk.

Salaam bro, I noticed your Muslim by the Frame, was that Artul Kursi.

anyway looking good, very thick and muscular, you did a good job also of the oil on the body.

and also Eid Mubarak in Advanced.

In order to be sure you are gaining muscle and not fat you need to post some before pics and also, keep a check on how your pants are fitting

he said starting to get tight - which could also be caused by getting more muscle around the upper legs and glutes.

he did not actually say that at all. He said you can't SEE any visible fat gain (not that there isn't any).

well come on bro im bulking for heavens sake, no doubt that im going to gain fat and go up in pants size, but thats no problem i dont care if i gain fat. thats why god created cutting.
