18months old. he grabs his mommy's 7lb dumbell and started 2 hand curling it.
I had to snap pics and post them. im so happy!!!!!!!
he drinks my protein shakes with me at night so we are off to a good start

I think you might want to look into getting him a good bcaa product. I'm sure he's a busy little man, and with all that playing and working out, you don't want him going catabolic. Give him the bcaa+apple juice cocktail to sip on throughout the day.
