I 100% blame my mother and sister.
You see, i live away for work reasons and i rarely come home. I am back for two weeks and they are literally force-feeding this stuff down me.
"You want this" or "you want that"..........i love them but come on. My will power is shot to hell!Last edited by PHATBOY DONZA; 12-26-2006 at 04:38 PM.

Dude I hear you. I'm Indian and so not only did I have to eat the Obligatory christmas cookies, eggnog shakes, fondue, but I also had to eat really sweet Indian deserts, which are REALLY sweet almost vomit inducing.. omg my bulk and nutrition must have been shot due to the hi-gi foods i'm eating
as I watch myself build a masterpiece..

They can't help it, I do the same thing. Plus you need a good blow-out every now and again or you'd go crazy.
I've had a few days of eating crap, so now I'm raring to get back into it again. Before those few days, I was like "do I have to eat again???" and getting pissed off with it every couple of hours.Viking to the core.

I ate a ton yesterday. I basically just ate whatever was in front of me. I usually don't eat that much, but for some reason at events like this I suddenly have the appetite of an obese woman on weight watchers. I woke up this morning all puffy from water retention. I'm fine now though.

My mother knows I can't resist home made pumpkin pie and she makes me 2 of them for Christmas. I ate 3/4 of one of them in a 2 hour sitting.
I suck.

Dude, don't worry about it. You'll be fine. Check out the "cheat contest" in the nutrition section to feel better. It's perfectly fine to celebrate now and then.
That said, I was actually really good because I felt like absolute crap after eating just a little bit of "bad" food, but I already had a celebration earlier this month on the night of my birthday.
Every now and then, it's not a problem at all. For some reason, though, I actually couldn't find it within myself to pleasure myself with good food this Christmas.
