Nautilus NT-907 Workout Station in new condition! Squat Rack / 2 pulley stations (upper and lower) for lats and rows. Rack has 4 storage units to hold olympic weight plates. Also comes with two pull down bars, and a single handle. The whole deal!

Included is an 7ft 45lb Olympic Bar, curl bar and weight plates! Weights are: (2) 45's, (2) 25's, (4) 10's, (4) 5's, (2) 2.5s.

Bench adjusts to incline, decline, flat and also has leg extension and preacher curl attachments.

terrible deal. a decent deal for a set like that would be $225 max.. and thats just for the average consumer and not someone who constantly looks for deals

i called the guy because the adj. bench looks interesting. he said the brand was "hard gear" the bottom seat has 6 adj positions, and the back has 11.

anyone know about this bench or the brand hard gear? it looks cheap but something about it looks like a decent bench. and yes, i will be keeping this bench not flipping it

Not a bad machine but a bad price.. I currently have 2. Got one for $200 and the other for $150. The sets don't come with 35's. The lat pull down is smooth. I'm flipping one tomorrow and the other when my rack comes..

nah, deals like that are pretty regular. he probably just wants to get rid of it. you can pick it up and flip it for $220 easy, possibly $250. or keep the weights and flip the rest for like $80

i did that with a marcy smith. got 245 pounds of plates for $22 after i resold the smith for 78 (wanted 80 but thats all the guy had which was ok with me). originally paid 100

got a set of original power block 5-45 pounds for 40 bucks today... no stand or nothing, a little dusty too but I cleaned it up... didn't really know how much they're worth, but i figured for 40 it probably ain't gonna be that bad for quick weight change with exercise that doesn't require a lot of weights (aka curl, triceps, shoulders)...

i'm gonna built a stand for them... should be easy.

also bought a set of nautilus NT 905, about 200 pounds of weight, curl bar, and straight bar in great condition, only 25 bucks, the seller just wanted it gone... pretty cool unit, it has a high/low pulley, and a moveable bench... no safety bar but a really usable unit.

I am eyeballing this powerblock set that has popped up. From what I can tell it is the older pro rexan 125lbs set with stand for $600. Is it worth the money or should I just get the new elites? I never even knew they existed before finding this set.

just make sure you know that it go up by 10 pounds everytime, for dumbbells that's a lot... imagine you're doing bench press 50 pounds per hand (which isn't out of the question when you start), the next one up is 60 lol, that's 20% increase... really hard to push.

and when you're curling it's even worst, or maybe shoulder work (where the weight needs to be relatively small).

Looks like a very good deal on a squat rack and flat/incline bench in Appleton, WI. They also have weights for sale, but they are standard weights. I am especially a fan of the Badger/Magnum Fitness bench. That is a commercial bench that is VERY nice. I just picked up a Body Masters flat/incline bench, otherwise I would have already picked it up!

Multiple bars, hoist weight tree + accessories asking $2000 for everything. I'm only interested in crossover, will flip everything else. Sound good? All equip from gym source with receipts..

Edit: turns out its a hd1180 its two of the 1175's attached.

I owned a Hoist 1175 and really liked it. Actually that is one piece I regret selling. $2,000 sounds like a lot, but they are nice units.

Turns out to be a 1180 which is 2 1175's turned into a cable crossover.. plus all of the other stuff for that price.. Is that still too much?
