I finally did today....after 10min each, on the treadmill, bike, and nu-step. 8-10 lb DB curls, 3-5 lb DB Lateral raises, 3-5 lb DB Front raises, and 8-10 lb DB OH Tricep Ext.
The Cardiac team got a little pissy with me when I grabbed the 10lb DB's...wtf?...lol That is the highest amount of weight they use...smh. I might have to bring in my own DB's
I was told that my Heart rate, when doing the raises and OH Tricep Ext, when up to 160+, but was close to normal when doing curls....Hmmmmmm???My Log - https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=170367151&page=50
