When I was in my 20's I tried for 12 egg whites/day. I threw the yolks out. I'd peel and eat eggs until I was ready to puke. SRS.
When I started training again in 2010 after 7 years off I tried for 4-6 per day, with some olive oil. Did that for 18 months then hit a wall; couldn't stand them anymore.
Last week I started again; 6 hardboiled eggs/day with a teaspoon or two of olive oil, some salt, and some Frank's Red Hot.
I feel great; I swear this is the most anabolic post workout meal out there.
I hope I can keep it going...

Exactly ZERO, despise eggs because I can't get over the thought of chicken abortions. Just grosses me out, i'm ok if they are used in cake mixes or for french toast batter and stuff like that but to just either cook and eat them or hardboil them, *** no thanks.

I have 4 scrambled in olive oil every morning, 1 in my tuna salad during the day, and 1 in my garden salad every evening. Whole eggs, I don't throw away the yolks.

I usually eat about 6 a day. But sometimes I get sick of them and stop for a few days. Soon we're getting some chickens so we'll have fresh eggs, that'll be nice. The eggs you get from the store just don't compare to the real thing. I can't wait.

I eat between three and five a day, on average five days a week. Usually hard-boiled but sometimes fried with a tiny bit of olive oil. Since I stopped eating meat for the most part--just a little fish or pork here and there--eggs have become my primary protein source. I eat the whole egg.
When I was in my early twenties, I'd eat the damn things raw a la Rocky, six to eight at a time, or six to eight hard boiled almost every day. My cholesterol count was very low then and it's not a problem now. To me, eggs are the most anabolic food around next to meat, chicken, or fish."Don't call me Miss Kitty. Just...don't."--Catnip. 6 eggs soft scrambled with a little butter and parmesan cheese is possibly the best breakfast ever. I don't have time to cook like that most mornings.
If you're in a hurry, raw eggs are quick and easy. Open an egg into a glass, drink in one gulp, and repeat. It takes about 30 seconds to eat 6 eggs that way. The only downside is you don't get to enjoy them.

Why not hardboil a bunch in advance? That's what I do. Cook a bunch up on Sunday then another batch Wednesday to finish up the week.
There was a guy at my work that kept chickens and used to sell me a couple dozen fresh eggs/week really cheap. Only issue was if you hard-boil fresh eggs they are a total PITA to peel.Insta: flexjs
