    It is just kind of discouraging when "normal" people in your every day life, try to tell you, you don't need to lose any weight. Afrer the 100th person you start to doubt your own goals. That brings me here, I trust you guys here way more than the person who doesn't even know how much a barbell weighs. "on average"

    I'd say ≈9lbs to sub10%BF.

    Other people say those things based on their perspective and situation. You are already lean by all people standards, so when you say you need to lose weight... they take a look at themselves^^.

    Around 17-18%BF.

    Count on ≈3lbs for a 1-point drop in BF%. So somewhere 165–168 for 12%BF should be reasonable.

    Uneven fat distribution – you are lean at the top and store fat around your waist. Unsure about your legs, but I'd guess you have fat around your thighs.

    could you please evaluate my body fat percentage?

    Age: 27
    Height: 1.68 m
    weight: 62.8 kg

    Pics attached. I know That I'm quite light but I have some fat on my belly, chest and thighs mostly. I started going to the gym regularly in January; I did it sporadically in October, November and December of the last year, for bigger cause reasons.

    I'm thinking about 15-17%

    Your arms are vascular and you have somewhat uneven fat distribution, most stored around your waist. Not much lean mass left, so you'd likely want to eat more further on.

    Around 15% seems reasonable, maybe a bit less.

    Thank you! I try to eat more, around 2300/2500 kcal (of which 160/170 grams of proteins; 50/55 grams of fats;290/300 grams of carbs; 30/20/50 more or less) but it's not easy, especially keeping protein level high (around 160/170gr per day) without exceeding with fats and carbs.

    For bulking purposes you're already lean enough. Cutting further for looks and prolonging bulk won't hurt though...

    I'd guess around 2 months for 10%BF. Note that it might be mentally harder cutting further.

    Around the 23 to 24% mark, calipers can give very inaccurate readings.

    Pretty similar in both photos, one on the left has slightly different lighting and I'd say approx 15%.
