Before the douchy comments come in. Left pic was pre-trt and lifetime natty. Actually had 12 year old girl test levels and did not know it. Amazing I could make such a strong danger face with such low test levels

Props man! I remember you used to carry extra weight. But when you drop fat, sometimes you just have to accept the size drop. There are still times I look at myself and think I shrunk or that I look 'scrawny'. But fuk it. At the end of the day take the path that fits your life the best. You are doing better than 99% of others in this world.
Good to see you are still hitting it! Probably smarter now. We all are on the same road!RAW lifts

Man you always look good. Just an amazing thing. Much respect.
I could say that represents my transformation of my mental state. But the good thing is the TBI makes me even less self-aware
That is REALLY awesome man. Fantastic and incredible transformation. You look like a hollywood guy. Not in a bad way. Most women would GREATLY prefer a physique like yours to one like mine. I am smart enough to know that!
Who are you kidding. DYEL?

Thanks man. I'm 5'11, was about 175 in that pic on the right.
Looking thicker to me. I look forward to seeing how your cut goes. If you hit that goal I think your aesthetics are gonna be pretty damn awesome.
Totally agree with this. Bodyhard was one of the guys who set the standard for my goals when I got here. Awesome to see him still going strong despite a lot of challenges.
Appreciate it. Definitely not blessed with bodybuilding genetics but I still love trying to get the most out of what I do have. Always impressed with your achievements, looking great.

Appreciate it man. Srs. No hate against you. Hope all is well for ya. Never understood the hard on for me, but believe it or not, most people IRL like me. I can see where I come across as a dik at times though. No worries.
In all seriousness. I have heard you used to train quite a bit. If you arent, you ought to pick up some stuff. My training is pathetic as to what it used to be. But I just do best I can. One small tip. I have been doing a lot of shoulder rehab and I bought a set of 5 elastic yoga streching bands off amazon for like $20. They are awesome for all kinds of stuff. Super good for budget training. Been using them to train shoulders and even some arm stuff.
Just a thought. Hope 2022 goes where you want to take it.RAW lifts

Overall health and functional everyday life reasons. When I was 245 (first pic) I would get very winded/had no endurance for physical activity, had difficulty fitting in/getting in and out of my car (have an Accord), and also had some blood pressure issues.
All are gone when I stay 210-225 range. I still have managed to stay somewhat strong, so I'm glad I made the lifestyle changes.

Thanks brother, coming from you means a lot. *bow*
The answer to the question is yes and no because it only works when it works.
Once I allowed my opponent to grapple me, then karate stopped being as useful as it should be. When you fight in a Karate match, both have to use karate so both sides rarely grapple and try to keep the most effective distance.
But in street fights, they often do grapple and karate needs more spacing to work efficiently. So as I grew older, I learned how to use headbutt, elbows, and knees or judo more than fancy karate kicks.
The younger I was, the more it happened and the messier. But as I grow older, I get so much to lose especially my job, so it stopped happening a long time ago. Besides here in Japan, it always happens during the night, never in daylight. These days thanks to COVID, I seldom go out drinking so I'm totally safe.🌺 Lauren Brooks Kelly (snailsrus) - Jul 25, 1991 – Jan 29, 2022

you know what ?
I honestly apologize for all of my crap I've been throwing your way while on here, you see I've been a total hypocrite because I've done the same drugs I've been accusing you of, and deep down inside of my brain I drink a few beers and resort back to the same toxic line of thinking from years past . No need to go into why, but it has a lot to do with my inconsistency in lifting (work) and a really bad habit of resorting back to sh*tty thinking...
you've handled yourself with nothing but class and dignity regarding all of this and I'll admit there is a certain amount of jealousy in my past way of thinking...
Again, my apologies!
