New people will likely come in with time, after we see useful applications being built on top of public blockchains, and fomo kicks in. Take tezos for example. Infrastructure is now being built in the ecosystem, so it will be possible to build things on top of it later. Good infrastructure will make it easier for devs to build, and easier for normal people to use. Infrastructure takes time and money to build and some blockchains has come a long way. Only good thing I did was transfer all my OMG and IOTA into BAT at various points during the rise and fall of crypto. ****in' USD value of BAT is going to be higher than both of those ****ters soon.
