What's up, first a bit shout out to the folks from Blue Star for sending me a tub of Post Factor to review! It has been quite a while since I've ran a sponsored log having been a rep for the past 4+ years. While a log was not required I figured it would be a good way for me to bounce back, consistency has been an issue for a while now, this should help hold me accountable if nothing else. I'm pretty happy to have the opportunity to try this as it is right up my alley in terms of the type of supps I generally like. For years I had been using Nutrabolics Anabolic Window as a post workout shake. When possible I aim for whole foods but with how busy things have been it is great to get a shake mix that has what you are looking for and quality ingredient's. Over the past few years I continued to gain weight, weight initially lost due to poor diet and consistency with nutrition and the gym. Now that things have kind of slowed down, looking to get back to the grind and enjoy a healthier lifestyle. I'll probably stick to a 4 day split as to weights with 5-6 days of cardio (inside and out of the gym). I've attached some pics (they are huge) of the product and a few current shots of myself. Currently my weight has been around 323, have a long ways to go overall but we'll see what we can do in the next month or so. Other supps I currently use, not a lot right now, multi, omegas, creatine, beta alanine, aminos during workout and Post Factor post workout. I'll use protein to fill in for macros as needed. The flavor I selected from the Weekly Promo winnings was chocolate truffle, I have not yet received it but I did purchase a tub of the Key Lime here on bb.com so I'll start with that this evening! Will try to keep this fun with some vids and food pics along the way as well!

Thanks for jumping in guys! Looking forward to trying the product tonight, had everything ready to go the other night and my 9 year old got me as I was heading out, headache, not feeling good. I think it was more nerves about the first day of school but none the less, ended up watching a movie and crashing out with her and last night was pool league. So tonight, this weekend, looking for some good sessions. Did crack the tub open to get a serving in a to go container, smell was really nice and taste from the spoon I used to get the scooper out, looking forward, powder had a really nice taste

What's up all! Finally got my first taste in on Blue Star's Post Factor, went with a serving of Key Lime. I may have made a mistake in using a smaller shaker cup as initially there were quite a few clumps, I gave it quite a bit of shaking but with the amount of water, powder and being a smaller shaker it probably didn't mix as well initially, after a few sips and more shaking it did mix well. I noticed a lot of foam, this was interesting, I was sipping on it in the dry sauna room so I didn't open the shaker to look at it but when I got home and rinsed the shaker out there was a lot of foam, almost as if the shaker had a little soap in it. I've never seen anything like that, was odd. The flavor was good and the texture (once it dissolved/mixed) was pretty good! Tomorrow I will use a larger shaker and see if that solves the initial mixing problem. In no way am I knocking the product as this was only my first use of two tubs, just some initial thoughts and feedback from first use.
Session wasn't bad, not moving anywhere near the weight I was when lifts and nutrition were more consistent. Hopefully, work back up with some consistency and time. Hit chest, triceps, calves and some cardio.

Thanks for the update, Q. It's a foamy product and there tends to be some clumping at times after shaking due to the carbohydrate source.
I tend to shake it with about 16oz of water.Chris Belanger | Vice President, Sales

Good morning all, afternoon actually! Got an earlier session in this morning followed up with house work and yardio, about 2 hours worth, extra cardio right! Following today's session I went with the Chocolate Truffle Post Factor, took the advice above and added some water, larger shaker, much better results! Flavor was really good, not overly sweet but for me it seemed on the lighter side of chocolate which was a nice change from the heavier flavoring. My daughter tried a quick taste and thought it had a little peanut butter taste to it. I really liked it though, mixed up well, no clumping today, used a large shaker with one of those metal deals inside, ice cold water. No clumping, the foam settled pretty quickly and it was very enjoyable! Tomorrow I'll go back to the Key Lime, depending on how I'm feeling may even go back this evening and hit legs but we'll see, feeling toasted right now.
Todays session:
Wide Grip Lat Pull Downs:
6 Working Sets (last two drop sets)
V-Bar Close Grip Lat Pull Downs:

What's good all, quick post here before I head out on some site visits for work, got some shoulder and cardio work in the other night, last night was pool league so no gym.
Shoulder session Wed. night was pretty good, gym was packed though so I ended up doing cardio first in hopes some equipment would free up and I had to go in between cardio and weights to pick up my daughter from her classes at the local JC, so it was an interesting evening. Hit a bit of good presses with a little accessory work. Used the Key Lime Post Factor post workout, went with about 16oz of water in the large shaker and had no issues, flavor was good although right now I think I'm favoring the chocolate. Nothing wrong with the key lime, in fact very good, Blue Star nailed the flavoring on these products.
Session:
35 Minutes of Cardio
Standing OH BB Press x 5 Working Sets
OH Hammer Strength Press x 4 Working Sets
Seated OH DB Press x 4 Working Sets Super Set w/ Seated DB Lateral Raises x 4 Working Sets
Single Arm Front Cable Raises x 4 Sets
Face Pulls x 4 SetsIG/Snapchat: qstick99

What's good all! Have some ribs slow cooking, getting ready to hit the gym, not a bad way to finish out the week! Got some leg work in Friday night, nothing too crazy, easing in to everything with legs as I have one knee that tends to ache pretty good at times. Hit some very light BB Squats, Leg Presses, Leg Extensions and some Leg Curls. Got some cardio in after that and enjoyed some Post Factor. Looking to go get some chest and tricep work in here shortly.

Quick post here as I'm finishing up my 4 racks of ribs! Pretty good session in today, was definitely lacking on food, was a crazy morning! Hit some chest and triceps, cardio, did a bit of walking this morning so I think that qualified as some steady cardio. Went with Key Lime Post Factor, liking the product, this coming week should be a factor to really see how it works as a recovery drink as I plan to not only hit the gym in the mornings (hopefully) and evenings but hit the little gym at work during lunch time. Should be a taxing week so I'll be looking for Post Factor to give that little boost in recovery section.
Today:
Incline BB Press x 5 working sets
Flat Hammer Strength Press x 2 Sets (wasn't feeling really good on this today)
Flat BB Bench Press x 5 Working Sets
Close Grip BB Bench Press x 3 Working Sets
Pec Deck Machine x 4 Working Sets
Assisted Dips (chest) x 3 Working Sets
Assisted Dips (triceps) x 3 Working Sets
Rope Pull Downs x 3 Sets
V-Bar Press Downs x 4 SetsIG/Snapchat: qstick99

What's up all! Been a bit crazy here with work, birthdays and a few other events but still been getting in and enjoying Post Factor! I have noticed a difference in recovery while using this product as a post workout, specially on the days that I'm able to really push out some good sessions. I've taken some days where I won't use the product and the feeling is much different from day 1-3 on that body part from when I'm using the product. Probably different from the norm, I love both flavors but I'm enjoying the Chocolate Truffle slightly more than I am the Key Lime, but again, Blue Star knocked the flavoring out of the park on both in my opinion.
Getting ready to go get a session in now and hopefully get a solid week in! How has everyone's weekend been, anything good? Been crazy busy here and HOT!!!IG/Snapchat: qstick99
