Eggs, milk, cottage cheese, tuna, and chicken breast are all (relatively) cheap.
ON is like $22 for 2lbs, All the Whey is like $18 for 2lbs, Pure Protein (Target) is like $17 for 2lbs, and Body Fortress (Walmart) is like $15 for 2lbs. There's also 3billion other brands online @ BB.com. Sam's Club and Costco sell 5 or 6lb bags of EAS for like $30.PRs - Sq / B / D / Total
