The main idea for logging purposes was following your diet to be sure you were eating to be in ketosis. A lot of you are big on variables in studies, so the idea was following all the variables in your experiment with Best Pre. I know you plan to do the tests, but we have seen members take blood tests for some supps like test boosters which were skewed with other supplements(unmentionables) they were taking.
That's fine if you're not going to log man. Just don't have all the variables which leaves questions.Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

The point of BHB is that you don't need to be in ketosis. Regardless if you're fat adapted or not, BHB at 10g will produce a reading of .7-1.0 on a ketone blood meter. If you're already adapted and in ketosis, it will raise you .5-1.0 at 10g. Someone would just need to take the product and 30-60 min later take a blood sample to see if they register any ketones.
