Here's one that is under the radar. It announced a rumor yesterday. Shares and warrants pretty cheap right now. Spac is called Altu and the rumors are its merging with aerion - high speed sustainable jet transportation. It's backed by Boeing, has a lot of partnerships,6 bil in backorders, and probably a good candidate for Ark.

Has no stocktwits channel so early days for it.

Not that expensive in the grand scheme of things. Shares are $12,so only a 15% downside risk. I think it has a good shot to hit 17+ relatively soon. We'll see.

As of now sitting on the following

1000 AVAN
1000 BWAC
1000 CRHC
1000 ETAC

Pretty much it for prospects.. as for others:

500 BFT - just wheeling this, cost basis at $17.70, waiting for a deep dip to add 500 more before cashing out
1200 FTOC - not sure when this will bounce back - cost basis at $13.75, been taking profit every time it jumps from $12.75 to $13.25 and adding more on dip

Recently made profit from FUSE, ACIC, and AACQ on their news.. although they weren't that explosive

I have 1200 FTOC too. Covered 600 of them and I'd start trimming closer to $15.

Mind sharing the details on your covered call? Seems like premiums aren't that good. Also do you think it'll actually reach $15, and if so, how long you plan on waiting for that?

Yeah May 21st $17.5 I got $1.5-1.6 for them so roughly drops the cost basis on the shares I bought around $13 to 11.5. It doesn't seem likely they'll get called away and I'll probably sell before merger goes through tbh. I'll wait a month maybe 2 to see what happens and how much I get from my CCs.

I was just going to sell monthly 15 calls on it until it gets called away or until my cost basis drops. My cost basis is now $13.92. I went overbaord on that **** with 2400 shares dunno why I went so far above my normal 1000 share purchase

Altu- bloomberg rumor with Aerion, i think this will be big.

BWAC- ESG play, good team and due to announce soon

SCPE- healthtech play with an LOI ( we dont know the company yet) due to announce soon. What's interesting is that non arbritrage institutions have started to load up as recently as a couple of days ago so I wonder what they know if anything.

MAAC- healthcare/health tech play, 400 mil trust, KKR team and due to announce very soon. Super cheap and completely under the radar.

IEA- Former spac, undervalued infrastructure and renewables play. Warrants are 2:1. Institutions are starting to come into this as well.

I think it would be great if they got something in health tech. No rumors as of yet, its gotten so little coverage. Barely any followers on stocktwits and no channel on international spac discord.

About half and half. I probably am just being a pussy going even going into shares but want some large downside protection in the event of a market downturn and more liquidity. I'll go pretty hard into warrants if they are less than $2 and I like the team/industry/ soon to announce.

In the current spac market, we havent seen any warrants drop below 2 on anything decent so there does seem to be some downside protection on the warrants if you buy below 2. That could always change though.

Among those IEA is the riskiest as its no longer a spac but I'm confident it will do well going into the future. A lot of tailwinds for it.
