    Pre Workout Supps

    4 CON-CRET caps 1 hr prior

    1 scoop pineapple BETA-CRET 20 min prior

1 scoop Wild Berry GLUTA-TREN on the way to the gym and the first part of the workout

I had planned on a long, epic workout since the last time my MIL had this surgery I had about 4 hrs to spare. Not so lucky this time.

    DEADS

    135# x 5
    175# x 4
    225# x 3
    275# x 1

    315# x 5
315# x 5...Got a call from Shelia here saying they already had her Mother in surgery. There goes my long workout

    315# x 5...with a 20 sec. "hold" after the last rep.

Vid of first set of 315#....enjoy

Limited on time waiting for Shelia's call so did this til she called......

    SUPER SET

    DRAG CURLS

    6 x 45# x 13

    CYBEX VR3 STANDING CALF RAISES

    6 x 130# x 15

    Post Workout Supps Red Lobster

Should have moved the shrimp off the steak, but you get the idea. Since I'm cutting I only ate one cheddar biscuit.

To "pay" for that I deleted one meal yesterday and when I made it home..............

36 min LMIIT (Little More Intense Interval Training) 2 min punching/1 min pacing. The last round I went pretty hard for 3 min. Here is a phrase I never thought I would use again, the last 15 min or so, I "caught my 2nd wind".

Treadmill for me in a bit......go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go.............................

    Supplements
    Promera Health: Con-Cret pre-workout: 3 scoops Pineapple
Promera Health: Gluta-Tren pre/intra workout: 2 Scoops Mixed Berry

    Random Thoughts
-- Got a good workout in today. The Leg Extensions and Thigh Abductor surprised me at how many reps I did. I'll probably do those heavier next time
-- I used the regular Leg Press machine, and there is a big difference between the sled and the HS machine!
-- Put in a good deal of sweat today!

My chest looked very full....and perky.

WaxyMaize is a corn based complex carb that is uptaken quickly. It looks just like flour. Cheaper than juice in the long run.

ETA. I have the same waxy I used a couple years ago, the flavor went well with Purple Wraath I was using at the time also. I never felt like it did much for me though. Now I just use 3 scoops of Nestle Quick in my PWO shake as long as the shake is chocolate.

I'm going light wt/high rep during the last days of my cut. I have a history of shoulder issues when I try to push too hard for too long.

I'm actually as weak as water right now on chest day.

We had word that this was in the works, but I did not know it was already on the market overseas.

I have to go to ANOTHER meeting.

Those are good strict deads from anyone, "lil guy" or not. Awesome video, loved the music choice. Unfortunately, most in our area think a deadlift means straddling the bar (aka Jefferson squat), not really a deadlift, but a great ego booster.

Yeah buddy! I've got some stubborn fat that I need to burn off and my abs aren't quite big enough to pop out from behind. I'm gettin' there though.

On another note, not sure what to do today in terms of a workout. I was thinking about having a separate, additional, arm day and doing arms today rather than upper body and biking later. What do you all think?

Thanks Kaleb. LOL about the music. You never know what I'll add. But, that was how I felt about the set of 315#.....yawn. I've gotten a few at the gym to dabble w/ the deads, but nothing serious yet.

BTW, Kaleb was the photograhper of my 4 plate Dead I have in my photos. However, I haven't pulled that much since.
