    Any recommendations for a NATURAL, Stimulant-free Preworkout?

    I am looking for a natural, stimulant free Preworkout. I have one now that has no caffeine, but its just filled with tons of chemicals and I want the healthier option. Any recommendations? I have straight up L arginine but I feel like there's better preworkouts out there. Thank you

    What "chemicals" are in it that you think makes it "unhealthy." "Healthy" is a super subjective term and may or may not mean anything depending on your definition and goals.

    I'm allergic to the agmatine sulfate, so I use it as a daily detox.. I don't think it will cause damage right? It is just like a crazy laxative for me. Workout for 30 min then like clock work, bathroom, all empty and no issues but still get benefits from pre workout lol. I normally don't have normal bowel movements so I guess that is why I am okay with continuing this.

    I've been doing exactly this for ~7 years. Just the main ingredients, I add creatine, pink salt, and epsom salt too. I drink coffee so no stimulants are necessary. I'm telling you the pumps from pure single ingredients are insane, and you can adjust them to your own preference.

    The papes are actually how I take all my supplements but I use them for preworkout too.

    My favorite non-stim PRE is definitely Genius PRE! This stuff is about as clean as you're going to get. Taste great also!
