The Mountville Meltdown:
-Just under a gallon of ice cream, Reese's Cups, Butterfinger, Sprinkles, Chocolate Syrup, Whipped Cream, and Cherries
So damn close. Felt like a bitch for not being able to finish it, but those huge chunks of Reese's were just too much.

who wants to help me?
So I found a relatively low calorie pancake recipe online for "fluffly pancakes." Only problem is they start fluffy and turn our flat. Any reason for this? Original recipe calls for 1/4 tsp baking powder and 1/8 tsp baking soda for 1/4 c whole-wheat flour. I have tried playing around with the amounts each day and adding 1/8-1/4 tsp of guar gum or gelatin with little success. Anyone have any ideas? I'm cooking them at 325 degrees F, although the griddle itself says pancakes should be at 400F. Here are some pics from the process:
Right after pouring batter on:
Right before flipping:
Done:
(Don't mind the darkness of the pancakes, my little brother distracted me after I greased the griddle so the oil started to burn)

Whipped up a Sunday lunch for my girl. Grilled cod fish over sauteed spinach with a sun dried tomato cream sauce, and bacon mac'n'cheese on the side.
Hah I thought you were going to grill me for using FF cheese on the other pizza. Maybe deep into contest prep I could trick myself into believing it was a legit slice.
