Everyone has his maximum, and that maximum is limited by genetics.. No one has same maximum as well..

I expected myself to stop around 75kg considering I am not a tall guy (about 5 foot 7 and a half inches). I am reaching 87.5kg now without any aids (just started using creatine four weeks ago when I seemed to stop at 84kg for an absolute age) and have a new target set at 100kg.
Personally for me I have found fish has made me feel very strong in the gym. Dont know if it's only me that has noticed this but I have had some great workouts after a lot of fish during the day. I eat like a horse, and have trained myself to eat and eat, especially high protein low fat foods. Sometimes I find myself having to force myself to eat properly, to make sure I dont feel weak in the gym. I have also noticed that very slow reps have helped me to start defining some muscle. Im kind of big all over now so I just want to start refining it a lot more so that there is more tone.

So about 5'10 178lbs in contest shape with average genetics around 200lbs near 10%bodyfat. If your not making progress don't just assume you need drugs you more then likely are not eating/training correctly. If you can't achieve a body that most would envy naturally then you need to tweak your training/diet.

Where I am at
I started working out in Japan about 3 years ago @ 150 lbs. now I live in Spain and I weight 220 at 13%. I'm 5'10". I'm am not sure what the limit is for body growth without the use of steroids but I do know that hard work and dedication do pay off! ( note: I'm in the us Air Force and Its ultra illegal to use steroids for us and in my career I've met others who lift and have very awesome bodies)

without steroids you can get big.. but if someone uses roids and is just training for about 2 months.. he just catches u like nothing .. thats the side effect .. you get less motivated because they grow so fast with roids..
